Introduction:
The Liar's Night Celebration normally observed in Waterdeep on the 30th of Merpenoth was postponed due to the Planar Meld. But since that crisis has ended, the city is welcoming all those who wish to take part in the festivities and also celebrate the success of the heroes who stopped a world ending catastrophe.
This is a play by post social event with no DM, though i will be around to adjudicate challenges and run NPCs if needed. All Waterdeep rooms are available to play in. Anyone who RPs for three hours or More will receive the standard award of 1AP and 2TP.
