[Druthden son of Thorgal, Thorgal son of Bearnden , Bearnden son of Olzaan , Olzaan son of Dröthden of the direct bloodline of Uthgardt.]
_life in the land of many arrows is not easy, the scarcity of food , the rugged climate , the extreme weather , the constant tribal wars, the never-ending flow of orcs , goblins and so many dangerous creatures roaming the spine of the world.
*Drothden had come here generations ago with several other clans and had cleared a region for tribesmen to thrive . he was known as Drothden the Badger , a great fighter and a tireless hunter a charismatic leader .
*Olzaan after overcoming rivalry with Throtden his elder brother , went on to kill a red dragon right in his lair , legend says with his bare hands , he punched him right in the nose and claimed his treasure ... he soon after died on the way back to the Camp.
*Bearnden was a dreamer and wanted to live adventures like his famous father ,he befriended a pegasus and rode it to impress his love , who he ended having a baby with. a beautiful and savage Uthgardt maiden by the name of Dreiga "spring flake".. they roamed the spine of the world on both side , even into the reghed..
*Thorgal, born of this union in the reghed was still a young adult when they came back to the many arrows... he was to tame a pegasus as well , and he did . though he did not befriend it ... he staked it out for days and ambushed it and rode it until in tired . thorgal was also know for his fits of rage , he once killed 3 men for trying to swindle him on a horse trade. a true Uthgard of the flying pony.
*Druthden a ranger and rider ,knew the land better than any , he had the sweet heart of his grandmother Dreiga and the fiery soul of his father Thorgal, he knew the ways of nature and the dangers of it , the lessons and wisdom of this rugged land.
*When KAZAAN was seven , Druthden took him to the shaman of Malaar "dreid tüt" (Dread tooth) to teach him the ways of the beast. he did not have his fathers build , but he had a predisposition for the hunt and cunning.
-It was only later ,after his father disappeared with his elder brother on a hunt initiation ,that the Druid half elf Haelki came to meet Kazaan. he would be his mentor for the next 7 years .
"haelki galesong" a half elf of uthgard blood ,led him all over the many arrows and even beyond , in the icy regions of the great glacier.
-Kazaan , knows that his clan is vulnerable , and needs a leader , with a greater vision , and the will to stir the potential too long scorned.
He knows he must show his people what he is worth , and he knows that there will come a time where he will have to ride the pegasus.
