Name: Your character's full name. Farren Tholo
Aliases: The Ol’ Rat Bastard, Tholo
Race: Elf (Wood)
Age: 421
Appearance and Style:
What do they look like? How do they dress? Describe them to us.
Farren Tholo is an aged wood elf with pale, olive colored skin. He stands 5’10 to 6’1 depending on posture given, usually dressing a bit frumpy. There are multiple piercings he has on his nose, ears. Shorter hair that is stark white, and a beard to match. Missing two fingers (Pinky and ring finger on his left hand)

Farren carries himself in a relatively respectable manner, generally pleasant and agreeable. A softer voice than one might assume by looking at him. When money is brought into the conversation, its hard to not notice his eyes light up. A greedy old man by reputation, but not unfair. Known to gamble and owes a few people
Living Relatives:
Who do they rely on in times of need, or simply write home to?
Three Sons that are known, and two Daughters. None of which acknowledge him anymore, he’s burned a few bridges with centuries of unkept promises.
An estranged brother Kearon Ferngrove, younger yet much wiser than Farren. Kearon carried the load of Farrens debts for a significant amount of time before writing him off entirely.

One Thing They'd be Willing to Kill or Die for (state whether they'd kill or die for it)
Farren would be willing to kill to keep his reputation. Burying his failures with those who know about them.
Birth:
Where was your character born? Who were their parents? Were there any particular circumstances about their birth?
Born in Reitheillaethor. Parents being Almy Hazelnose and Oruscos Ferngrove. Nothing substantial
Childhood:
Describe in at least one paragraph significant events that shaped your character. You could also describe where they grew up, their living circumstances at this time, or who raised them.
Bright eyed and full of excitement from the get-go. He found himself in trouble everywhere he turned as a child. Whether it was stealing from the elders of the village, disrupting meditation, or just causing a scene. Thus, Farren did not get along with his parents or various siblings from an early age. Casting a bad light on the family for decades. Arrogant and self-centered Farren was kicked out at age 65.
Young Adult Life:
Describe in at least one paragraph significant events that lead to the character's present-day life or shaped them. For instance, you could describe how they came to decide on their class, or write about their training
Preforming in troupes of entertainers, taking odd jobs, brothel work, and even a half assed attempt at priest hood. These all served to give an extensive view of the world through the stories and mindsets of most. He found this worked to his favor being quick to come up with lies in a pinch and squeezing out of trouble based on experience alone. For the last 100 years or so Farren has used all of his lifes’ knowledge to assist his current day smuggling
Where you are today:
Please describe in two paragraphs why your character's chosen the life they now lead, or how they live it.
Farren lives a lavish life, yet it is hollow in many aspects. Nothing of substance is present as he mostly just focuses on the now. Who cares if I owe one Sir Copperfield 150 GP when I’m unsure if I can pay off the man in front of me today? Treating life as a game, and a dangerous one at that. Taking risks whenever there is an inkling of there being a payoff.
Would he change given the opportunity? Probably not, this is all he’s ever known. He is content with the amount of time he has been given and figures if he is going to die, then he will do just that. Just on his own terms, surrounded by danger at the choice of his own. Not by age, sickness or mistake.
Views on the world:
How does your character feel about politics, nobility, particular races, or the gods? Include one paragraph about things your character likes, and one about things they don't.
Farren cares about trade policy, strict borders and things that make it harder for him to do what he does, smuggle. Although he does not care about who is ruling, nor what happens to them. All races are equal to Farren. Elvish culture is pompous and too pretentious. The gods exist, but he does not feel as if any of them care much about one such as himself. We are all too tiny in the grand picture, why not make the most out of it and ignore the idea of them taking any interest in the lot of us.
He loves the thrill, the excitement, pazazz and the unknown. A generally curious person who often tempts fate. He loves ale, the shallow company of whomever will take part with him for the moment. Likes short conversation with little substance. Loves a job that pays a lot of coin. Lastly loves to gamble. Never known to turn down a challenge or a quest.
